Fully Isolated Single-phase AC Voltage Regulator Module


fully isolated single-phase AC voltage regulating module (DTY for short) is a combination of synchronous transformer, phase detection circuit, phase shift trigger circuit and output silicon controlled rectifier. When the control voltage is changed, the trigger phase angle of the output silicon controlled rectifier can be changed, that is, the voltage regulation of single-phase alternating current can be realized. According to the different output silicon controlled rectifier devices, it can be divided into three types: the ordinary type of a bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier, the enhanced type of unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier reverse parallel connection and the half-wave type of a unidirectional silicon controlled rectifier. According to the rated voltage of single-phase AC load, it is divided into 220V and 380V, and according to different control signals, it is divided into four categories, E, F, G and H, and the specification and model table.

Technical indicators and issues to be noted:


1、The voltage phase applied to the load through ①② must be the same as that at ③④,otherwise it will run out of control. The grid frequency shall be 50HZ。
2. CON must be positive for COM. If the polarity is opposite, the output terminal will be out of control (fully open or fully closed). When the control CON changes from 0 to 5V, the voltage on the AC load can be adjusted from 0V to the maximum value (for resistive load). When CON is about 0-0.8v, it is fully closed area, and the output of the module is reliably closed; If CON is about 0.8V-4.6V, it is the adjustable area, that is, with the increase of the control voltage, the conduction angle α decreases linearly from 180 ° to 0 °, and the voltage on the AC load increases from 0V to the maximum value; CON is the fully open area when it is about 4.6V-5V, the voltage on the AC load is the maximum value. 
3.The input impedance is divided into E, F and H type from CON to COM, they are big 
 than or equal to 30KΩ, G type is 250Ω., +5V voltage signal is only provided for manual potentiometer, for no other purpose, the resistance value of the selected potentiometer is between 2-10KΩ. NOTED: When the resistance value is 4-20mA,G type can’t be adjusted manually by potentiometer.+5V terminal is useless.
4. In principle, frequency converter should be used for the speed regulation of single-phase AC asynchronous motor. Only the single phase motor of fans and pump can adopt single phase regulator module.
5. Three pcs single-phase voltage regulating modules cannot be used in three-phase electric network.
6. The insulation voltage between the weak current part, the strong current part and the module baseplate is more than 1200VAC. 
7. The calorific value of the whole module is calculated by multiplying the actual current ampere of the load by 1.5W/Ampere. The radiator can be E -40, F-70, F-100 and G series.
